BENEFITS : Zep Solo is a high-solids, water-based sealer and finish for both resilient and non-resilient floor surfaces. Designed for use where there is more than one type of floor surface, and where only one product is desired. Low-maintenance. Provides long-lasting coverage and scuff-resistance. Does not streak or leave mop trails. Each coat dries in 30 to 45 minutes. Part of Zep`s "Next Step" system of floor care products. Meets or exceeds Slip Resistance Standards (when properly maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047.

A specially-developed metal interlock acrylic floor finish and sealer. Dries crystal to an exceptionally bright, super-hard, extra-durable finish that is highly resistant to abrasion, scuffing, heel marking, scratching and powdering, even under the heaviest traffic. Contains 25% solids to save time and labor in floor finishing operations.

Dries crystal clear to an exceptionally bright, super-hard, extra-durable
finish that is highly resistant to abrasion, scuffing, heel marking,
scratching and powdering, even under the heaviest traffic. Contains
25% solids to save time and labor in floor finishing operations.
Resistant to streaking and trailing. Easy to maintain can be scrubbed,
buffed and is detergent resistant. Will not yellow with age. For use on
all types of flooring, including rubber, asbestos tile, vinyl, vinyl
asbestos and other types of composition tile, cork, unglazed ceramic
tile, concrete, and terrazzo. Coverage is approximately 1,500 - 2,000
sq. ft./gallon.
